Bacon and blue cheese salad with Malax Loaf cubes

- Chop the Malax Loaf slices into cubes.
- Carefully fry the Malax Loaf cubes together with the chopped garlic and olive oil.
- Add some chopped parsley to the frying pan.
- Drain the croutons thoroughly.
- Separate the endive leaves.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces.
- Fry in a frying pan until crisp and drain thoroughly.
- Arrange the endive leaves, bacon and croutons on a dish.
- Crumble blue cheese on top.
- Season with black pepper, balsamic syrup and olive oil.
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
