Christmas salad with figs and Malax Loaf cubes, serves approx. 6
150 g Malax Loaf
200 g Brie cheese
2 sweet pears
2 sweet apples
Small bunches of green and red grapes
50 g walnuts
500 g mixed salad leaves
Chop the Malax Loaf into cubes.
Cut the cheese into small pieces.
Peel and dice the pears.
Dice the apples.
Peel the figs and cut them into eight segments.
Halve the grapes lengthways.
Chop the walnuts.
Tear the salad leaves into small pieces and wash carefully.
Dry the salad leaves thoroughly.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
Serve with olive oil or dark balsamic vinegar, for example.
