4 slices of Malax Loaf
60 g mayonnaise
Approx. 100 g prawns in brine
Approx. 100 g European crayfish tails in brine
Approx. 100 g salmon roe
Dill and rocket sprouts (optional)
Gourmet salt (shavings) and pepper
Arrange layers of mayonnaise, prawns and crayfish on the Malax Loaf slices and add the roe on top.
Garnish with dill and rocket sprouts (optional).
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve with sparkling wine or good white wine.
