Smoked Baltic herring à la Mannerström

For 4 people

2 smoked Baltic herrings
0.5 dl mayonnaise
2 beetroots (cooked)
Capers (according to taste)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 small red onion
Small bunch of dill
4 thin slices of Malax Loaf

Put the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl and mix into a smooth paste. Prepare the smoked Baltic herrings and cut them into fairly large pieces. Arrange the herring pieces on top of the Malax Loaf slices. Add a small amount of the mayonnaise mixture and garnish with sliced beetroot, capers, chopped red onion and dill.
