Toast Panike

300 g rawpickled whitefish
2 boiled eggs
1 onion
1 dl  crème frâiche
Dill
White pepper
Malax Loaf

Clean the rawpickled whitefish and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the onion and the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients in the whipped cream.
Place a large amount of mixture on slices of Malax Loaf.
Can be served as an hors d'oeuvre for example, as an evening snack or as a savoury accompaniment to coffee.
